Currently, we are particularly interested in highly motivated students to complete their final projects in one of two specific topics in system integration for experimental MEMS fabrication equipment:
- Aufbau einer Laser-Strukturierungsanlage (Master/Bachelor thesis)
- Aufbau und Analyse eines hoch präzisen Mikrofertigungssystems (Master/Bachelor thesis)
